WHAT HE IS SHOWING ME FOR 2019

For us a new year starts tomorrow and this is always a time to think about the year ahead and what the Lord has in store for us.

I would like to share what the Lord has been sharing with me for this upcoming year and hopefully it will be applicable to you as well.

 

Prayer and Answers

The Lord has been bringing me back to the power of prayer at this time and for the times ahead.  This is a powerful weapon and He wants us to really understand that and be in it.

Matthew 21:21

So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.

22 “And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

It is a year ahead to believe and grow in faith in your prayers as you see prayers answered that maybe you have been in for years.  This is a time of fulfilment and awesome answers.

The words He gives me as I write this are “I will answer many of my children’s desires now and they will be in delight as they see my power and glory work through their lives for my kingdom purposes.”

You need to be in prayer more than ever now for His will to be done on earth and in your life and to walk in faith knowing your prayers are powerful.

1 Corinthians 14:13

Therefore let him who speaks in a tongue pray that he may interpret.

Pray in tongues now and let Him do His supernatural work through you as you do this prayer. Ask for interpretation, write it down and be amazed at what He will show you.

1 Corinthians 14:14

For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.

15 What is the conclusion then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will also pray with the understanding. I will sing with the spirit, and I will also sing with the understanding.

Prayer is for knowledge and answers and He wants you prepared and aligned with His will so use prayer more than ever this year.

Psalm 54

16 As for me, I will call upon God,

And the LORD shall save me.

17 Evening and morning and at noon

I will pray, and cry aloud,

And He shall hear my voice.

Daniel prayed three times a day so don’t limit how often you pray.  This is a year to be in more prayer and to hunger more for Him than you ever have before because He is about a New Year and season and He wants to show you His presence in your life.

 

Repentance

In your prayers be in repentance.  The Lord has asked me to take communion every morning and evening now and to be clean.  He wishes me to walk in more and to do this my temple needs to be clean.

It is a delight for me to do this and not a burden as I understand what He has given for me to walk clean.  Just read Exodus again to understand how easy it for us today versus the Old Testament.

As you walk in more it is important to be more clean and blameless.  We use repentance and the blood of Jesus to do this.  Why do we need this more now?  It is because as the light shines the enemy sees it and will bring accusations against you. So as you move in more in this season make sure you use the power of the blood to stay clean.

The Lord said to me through a word “As the level of anointing increases the level of access by the enemy increases if you allow room to come in.”

Repent and be clean.  The price has been paid for us.

 

Acceleration

I have given a few words to people in the last week and there has been a consistent theme of acceleration or speed.  He is releasing a new season of speed in our walk. For those who walk in His will, are prepared and are stepping out He will be picking up the pace.

He is looking at His chosen and saying you have been prepared and now I wish to use you as I move things along.

He gave me this verse yesterday

Psalm 90:12

So teach us to number our days,

That we may gain a heart of wisdom.

A friend of mine had given me this same thought a week ago.  The Lord has a plan and although he is outside time we are not, so he is saying use your days wisely now and be about my business because things are going to move quickly and I want you doing the right things now.

A personal example He gave me a few weeks ago in one of my businesses was when I was looking to replace a product and rebuild it He said “ I don’t want you duplicating things that are not essential now as you don’t have time to do that and achieve what you need to achieve in My plan”

Number my days and be wise.

Because He is moving things quickly now.

 

Fulfilment of words through preparation

I have also been getting a number of words for people over the last month about how he is going to bring words to fruition now that have been spoken over them.  Words from the last year, from five years ago, from twenty years ago.  Words that have been forgotten by people they will remember as he brings them together over the next year.

Now many of these words are about the final parts of preparation for what he wants to do in your live and how He wants to complete His plan for you and what you have to complete for Him.

So expect alignment of words and expect revelation of His words being done in your life.  It wouldn’t surprise me that by the end of this year you will be astounded by how real God is in your life as you look at what He has brought to fruition.

Step into this year and have words fulfilled and preparation aligned.

 

Bigger than we can think

How big is our God?

Ephesians 3:18

May be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height

Morning after morning he is telling me that I can’t comprehend how big the things he will do in this season are going to be.  He is telling me that I am under thinking what He will do in my life.

I have seen similar words given over people in the last week and I know He wants us in 2019 not to limit Him and how big He is as He wants to do things in your life that are far bigger than you can imagine.

Don’t limit your expectation and walk in faith knowing he is about His plan in you and on earth.

 

Step into it

God will build the house and unless He does it, it won’t stand. He has been showing me this reality but also that He expects us to step out.

There is a tension here as we look at Him doing it but He is looking for us to step out in faith.

If you want to participate in what He is doing for 2019 then you will need to take steps of faith.

You take a step but you do it knowing it is Him that is doing the work and He will be glorified.

Get this balance right in your life and watch the explosion and growth occur.

 

He has been showing me that the upcoming year is going to be exciting.  Be sold out to Him this year, give it all to Him, die daily and be part of what he is doing this year.
