“The Revelation” of Jesus Christ

This week I had a real issue He brought to my attention and showed me I had to change it in my life or else I wouldn’t be able to move forward to all He has for me to do and I would also continue to carry a certain curse that has always been in my life.  When I got told this I listened!  It was part of my final countdown preparation.  He has shared with me before (through a home group) that when I sin and particularly certain types of sins He will remove the white robes from me for a period of time and that means a level of protection has been taken away. That scares the heck out of me as I know what it is to be in the battle without His protection.  He removes these as He wants me to walk in full blessing but He also wants me to know I am not to presume on His grace or to muck around in these areas of sin.   I need to be righteous and holy to receive all He has for me.  This morning He took me to Hebrews Chapter 12 and 13 to remind me of the process and what He was doing.

I repent and I seek this place of oneness with Him by being fully open to what he is doing in my life.

But as I sit down to write this The Lord reminds me that earlier this week the Holy Spirit took me to the book of “The Revelation” of Jesus Christ.

As I read through His message to each of the churches it struck me that at the end of each of these messages He had a blessing for each church which was meant to be for all the churches (just not the one church being talked to) and these blessings were also to be for us as His children.

Each church and each of us has their issues but God still wants to bless us as He blessed those churches. At this time when he is bringing us into line as He corrects His sons He would have us remember His nature and know that he loves us and blesses us. He wants us to have the best of all He has.

 

The church of Ephesus (which had its faults and its good parts)

Revelation 2:7 

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” ‘

If we overcome the sin the things He wants us to correct in life and sometimes these are a real battle, He will bless us. We will have life in His kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Be an overcomer and get the correction done in your life.  Start today.

 

The church of Smyna (which had its faults and its good parts)

Revelation 2:17

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.” ‘

Again we are to overcome.  He has given me a white stone and He has told me the name that is on it.  This name is personal to me and explains to me so much of what I am doing and to do.

Seek Him and ask Him for the name that is on your stone.  Knowing that name can explain so much of who we are and our identity.

 

The church of Thyatira (which has its faults and its good parts)

Revelation 2:25

“But hold fast what you have till I come.

26 “And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations–

27 ‘He shall rule them with a rod of iron;

They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels as I also have received from My Father;

28 “and I will give him the morning star.

29 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ‘

The spirit says to the churches and to us.  He tells us to hold fast as now is not the time to let go what you have been working through in our Lord.  He is going to give out the blessings to the church and to us.

 

The church of Sardis (which has its faults and its good parts)

Revelation 3:5

“He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

6 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ‘

He will cloth us in white garments (robes) when we overcome.  As He reminded me this week he will take those robes off where I have not overcome and I have let sin take precedence.  We want to be fully protected by Him and clothed and we do this by overcoming sin and faults in our lives.  He wants us to receive all his blessing.

 

The church of Philadelphia (which has its faults and its good parts)

Revelation 3:12

“He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.

13 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ‘

If we are to be His ministers and his testimony to the world then we have to overcome.  He will make us a pillar and His name will shine through us as it is written on us.

 

The church of Laodiceans (which has its faults and its good parts)

Revelation 3: 20

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

21 “To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

22 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ‘

I had a word of prophecy spoken over me about a year ago where someone could see me seeking The Lord with a real perseverance.  The word went onto explain that I will dine with Jesus.

We can dine with Jesus here and now on earth as in heaven.  Let us open the door to receive all He is showing us and teaching us at this time.

 

Now take the headings above and say

The life of you and your family (which has its faults and its good parts).

You can walk in all the blessings above as they weren’t just for one church but to all churches, to us.

Seek Him and at this time in your life become fully open to the things He is giving you to sort out and the things He is giving to walk in.

 

God gives me this word as I finish

“I wish to blow fire on all my children son and the time is near.  Seek me and I will bless and reveal all that is needed in each life to be addressed.  I am going to bless every individual and they will see this but I am limited to what they enable me to bless in their lives due to their actions and the path they walk on.  I wish to have fullness in every one of my children’s lives so I ask for them to be fully open to correction to repentance and to the works I wish to address.  I will hold back nothing if they let me and I will pour out the fire.  Now is the time, now is the time.  Let them hear my voice.”
