GODS WANTS US TO EXPERIENCE HIS ABUNDANCE

The season is changing here in this country as we enter spring and I feel that this is a significant season change in the Lord’s timeline.  As we enter spring here it is a time of new growth and it is a time of the Lord releasing new growth to those who wish to take it.  There is an abundance that He wishes to release now as he prepares His children for all that is coming.  He has prepared many and they are now ready to receive and put in place what is necessary for His abundance to come down.

James 2:22

Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect?

We are expected to step out in faith knowing that he will look at our works as faith in His promises and he will then use you and impart His abundance on you both spiritually and financially.  But you must be in line with His will not yours and when stepping out you must know He will do the work not you.  He will have the glory not you.

Luke 15:31 

“And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours.

Matthew 13:12

“For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.

 

Vision

Over the last couple of weeks the Lord has given me a growing vision to reflect the season we are now entering into.

First of all I saw an abacus but all the poles were empty.

Then I saw a pile of beads and He starting putting the beads on the abacus and filling it up.

His words “I will fill you with abundance.”

Then a week later I got the same vision but this time I saw a wagon full of abacuses and a wagon full of beads.  He filled one abacus up and then the next one and kept going.  The Lord then looked out in front of Him and the ground was empty but in the distance there were people.

His words were “I have abundance for my chosen but they don’t step up.  My supply is endless and now is the season to step up and get your share as I wish to bless my chosen and give them resources for an impact”

 I remember the Lord when I previously asked about the called and the chosen saying ‘although all are called few choose to step up and become the chosen.”  It requires a step of faith by us and now is the time to say choose me.

 

All through scripture the Lord shows His abundance

2 Samuel 6:11

The ark of the LORD remained in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite three months. And the LORD blessed Obed-Edom and all his household.

12 Now it was told King David, saying, “The LORD has blessed the house of Obed-Edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David with gladness.

17 So they brought the ark of the LORD, and set it in its place in the midst of the tabernacle that David had erected for it. Then David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD.

He dwells in us and we are blessed. We need to be clean, repenting so that we get the full presence within us and the full blessing.  He desires us to shine so give Him a temple (us) that is worthy of His blessing.

The Lord is practical and if you are not doing the basics right such as you keep sinning and not repenting, not moving to a place of righteousness then your temple can’t carry the full blessing. You need to transform. David in the scripture above recognised the blessing and abundance of the Lord that comes with His presence and that is why he desired the ark near Him.  We are blessed as we have Him in us.

 

Abundance – Don’t Limit God

2 Kings 4:3

Then he said, “Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbours—empty vessels; do not gather just a few.

The widow found every vessel as the Lord wanted to abundantly bless her. He wants to bless us so the Lord has prepared us to carry much and this season is about being prepared for carrying the abundance and receiving it as He releases.

2 Kings 13:18

Then he said, “Take the arrows”; so he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, “Strike the ground”; so he struck three times, and stopped.

19 And the man of God was angry with him, and said, “You should have struck five or six times; then you would have struck Syria till you had destroyed it! But now you will strike Syria only three times.”

In this case the king didn’t hit the ground enough and take the abundance that was available.

Lord let us take all the abundance you have for us. Don’t let us be restricted in our thinking but let us have full abundance.  Don’t limit your thinking on the size of God and what He wants to pour out on you. Hunger for all the Lord has for you.

 

HE IS PREPARING YOU AND GIVING YOU THE RESOURCES NEEDED IN THIS TIME

2 Corinthians 8:10

And in this I give advice: It is to your advantage not only to be doing what you began and were desiring to do a year ago;

11 but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desire it, so there also may be a completion out of what you have.

12 For if there is first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have.

We need to step out with what we have not wait for everything to line up.  This is works with faith.  If you are aligned with His will then He will bless you and abundance will flow for His works.

He tells us in these verses if you have been desiring to do His works keep desiring and keep doing like you wanted to do a year ago, ten years ago, twenty years ago.  This is the season of redemption and he will pour our His blessings if you step out again. He is faithful.

13 For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened;

14 but by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may supply their lack, that their abundance also may supply your lack—that there may be equality.

15 As it is written, “He who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack.”

This is like the loaves and fishes. The lord provides and we need to step out and He will provide. Be prepared to be one in the Spirit and support each other during this time and He will bless those times you do this.

 

ABACUS – The effect of the Abacus is that it is a multiplier and he will multiply your works and your efforts in this season.  He has a limitless supply to give out and He is asking His chosen to step up.  Step up and experience the multiplication effect.  Do it out of what you have now, in faith and in His will.

 

2 Chronicles 17:5

Therefore the LORD established the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah gave presents to Jehoshaphat, and he had riches and honour in abundance.

6 And his heart took delight in the ways of the LORD; moreover he removed the high places and wooden images from Judah.

When you experience His abundance showing up delight in it and recognise who it is from.  Desire to make yourself as worthy as possible.  Experience the multiplication.

2 Corinthians 9:6

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

Our position on giving, on understanding it is all His our attitude in this area invites His grace.

Who do we trust with our abundance?  Will we give as he asks and will we experience his Blessings?

Listen to what he wants you to do with the abundance as we want to experience the good side of the parable of the talents, the multiplication effect.

Ephesians 3:20

Now to him is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

We have all the power but it is again faith and we take it as a reality not a thought or idea. He gives us according to our belief. His presence (power) in us provides the multiplication effect.

Ezekiel 29:19-20

….and that will be the wages for his army. I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour because they worked for Me says The Lord God.

He knows and He provides all abundance for good works, He gives us what we need. Be in His will and His works not ours.

 

Titus 3:4

But when the kindness and the love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

6 whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour,

 

He has poured out on us abundantly and this is a season change where he wants you to be prepared to handle his Kingdom abundance and where you have been prepared to experience His abundance then receive it.

Let us experience you pouring out on us Lord.
